Maxicaravan Shell
The Maxi Caravan Shell is a comfortable accommodation for 4/5 people, ideal for families or groups.
It features air conditioning (air conditioning / heating)* for a comfortable stay in Venice in any season, and a large outdoor terrace sheltered by a veranda with a table and garden chairs, for outdoor dining during the hottest days and summer holidays by the sea.
The Maxi Caravan Shell is made up of:
- living room with kitchenette equipped with pots and pans and dishes
- sink and refrigerator
- double bedroom with wardrobe
- triple bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed
- bathroom with toilet, shower and sink
- equipped outdoor veranda
The car parking, included in the price, is located next to the maxi-caravan.
A mandatory €25 fee is required to cover final cleaning costs.
Linen is not included, but can be rented at Reception.
* Air conditioning is managed by the “Clima Card“.
