Camping and Village

Check-in is from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
Pitches are guaranteed to be available from 12:00 PM (noon), while accommodations are guaranteed to be available from 3:00 PM.

After payment, pitches must be vacated by 12:00 (noon), while accommodations must be vacated by 10:00 (midday).

The cash desk is open continuously from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

We recommend that you pay the balance for your stay upon departure, before vacating the pitch or accommodation.

Guests planning to depart before 8:00 am are asked to pay the day before.
If you depart before 7:00 a.m., your vehicle must be parked in the parking lot outside the campsite by 11:00 p.m., as vehicle traffic is prohibited between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. to respect quiet hours.

Yes, pets are allowed on the campsite, but only on the pitches, i.e., for stays with your own camper, caravan, or tent.
They are not allowed inside the accommodations.

No, bed linens and towels are not provided or included in the price of accommodation.
You can rent them directly at the campsite or reserve them in advance when booking.

Yes, there is a mandatory €25 fee for final cleaning.

Yes, each accommodation has a private parking space included in the price of your stay.

The amenities are displayed inside each housing unit and can also be consulted online on the page dedicated to each individual accommodation.

Yes, you are permitted to use your own barbecue on the pitch, as long as it is an electric or gas grill.

For safety reasons, open flames are not permitted, so the use of charcoal barbecues is prohibited.
Charcoal grilling is available in the designated area within the campsite, equipped with a fireplace, gazebo, tables, and benches.

Yes, the campsite has two camper service areas equipped for loading and unloading, including chemical toilet dumping, reserved exclusively for its guests.

Services and Useful Information

Yes, we accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or Pagobancomat.

The same cards are also accepted for payments at the supermarket and at the campsite bar.

No, the campsite does not have an ATM. The nearest ATM is in Caì Savio, about 3.5 km away.

Day visitors are only admitted with prior authorization from Management and upon presentation of an identity document at reception.

Free permits are issued for one hour, after which the Daily Visitor fee is due, as per the price list.

Permits are not granted before 8.00 am and after 9.00 pm.

Yes, both common amenity blocks are equipped with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
Tokens can be purchased at reception during cash desk hours (8.00-20.00).

Yes, the campsite offers a paid bicycle rental service.
For those who want to explore the coast independently, classic city bikes are available, some with front or rear child seats, and, upon request, protective helmets for children.

In addition to the campsite’s restaurant and bar, located next to the swimming pool, nearby you will find:

  • a restaurant-pizzeria about 100 meters from the campsite entrance (open from mid-April to the end of September)
  • a restaurant near the boarding point for Venice (open all year)

In both restaurants, you can enjoy excellent first courses, fish specialties, traditional Venetian cuisine, and local products.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite. You can request the credentials (username and password) at reception, which are subject to a fee.

You can also use the Wi-Fi free of charge in the restaurant-bar area next to the pool, subject to consumption.

No, there is no refrigerator rental service available at the campsite, but reception can provide information on nearby specialist shops.

Yes, there is a paid electric car charging station within the campsite.
Charging electric vehicles is not permitted in areas other than those equipped with the designated charging station.

No, half-board or full-board accommodation is not available at the campsite.

No, there is no shared kitchen at the campsite, but there is a TV room with vending machines for hot and cold drinks and snacks.

Beach and Pool

Yes, Punta Sabbioni beach is located approximately 1,800 meters from the campsite.

From late May/early June until approximately mid-September, a free shuttle bus service is available, stopping directly at the campsite entrance.
Alternatively, the beach can be easily reached by bicycle via the cycle path or by car (parking is paid and unattended).

Punta Sabbioni beach is a public beach with fine, golden sand on the Adriatic Sea.
Guests staying in accommodations are provided with a beach umbrella, which they can bring with them to the beach; guests staying on a pitch can request and collect a free umbrella from reception (subject to availability).

The beach is very wide, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to relax in peace. The gently sloping seabed makes it particularly suitable for children.

Yes, dogs are allowed on Punta Sabbioni beach, and there is a dedicated area where bathing with dogs is also permitted.

Yes, use of the swimming pool is included in the camping fee, as are the use of sun loungers and umbrellas, subject to availability.

No, wearing a swimming cap is not mandatory in the pool.

No, the pool is generally open from mid-May to the end of September (also depending on weather conditions).

Yes, the pool is always heated during the low season (or in any case based on weather conditions) to a temperature of approximately 26-27°C.

Venice and surroundings

The campsite is located just 700 meters from the ACTV ferry terminal at Punta Sabbioni, easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes, or via the free shuttle bus service that operates throughout the season (with schedules varying depending on the season).

Motorboats depart for Venice from the Punta Sabbioni pier every 30 minutes for most of the day (a night service with reduced frequency is also available).

Venice can be reached in about 30 minutes by motorboat, with a pleasant panoramic cruise through the lagoon and arrival directly in St. Mark’s Square.

Yes, there is also a direct connection to Burano, Murano, and Torcello from the ACTV dock at Punta Sabbioni (timetables vary depending on the season).

Yes, tickets can also be purchased at the campsite reception, during the ticket office’s opening hours (8:00-20:00), with the advantage of avoiding the queues at the boarding ticket office.

Single tickets, day tickets (24 hours) and multi-day tickets (48, 72 hours or 7 days) are available for sale at reception, at the same rates applied at the boarding ticket office.

The tickets also include free timetables for public transport to Venice and the islands, as well as a map of Venice.

The campsite serves exclusively as a sales point: for this reason, payment for tickets is only accepted in cash.
Alternatively, you can pay by card directly at the ticket office at the embarkation point or purchase tickets online before arriving at the campsite at www.veneziaunica.it.

Yes, the Municipality of Cavallino-Treporti is not part of the Municipality of Venice, so you must pay the Venice Access Fee when applicable.
