2026 Regulation

This Regulation is handed out upon arrival, posted at the entrance and inside the campsite, and is also available online on our website www.miramarevenezia.it.

Entering the campsite and signing the “Entry Card” implies full acceptance of the present Regulations.

  1. Upon arrival, every person must present a valid identity document at Reception for the registrations required by law. Failure to comply constitutes a violation of the Penal Code. Minors are not accepted unless accompanied by parents or legal guardians. Guests must check the accuracy of their registration, report any discrepancies, and notify Reception in advance of any changes (arrival/departure of people, pitch change, etc.).
  2. At check-in, Reception provides the guest with the “Entry Card”, the Price List, and the Regulations. The card must be shown upon request and returned at departure. For safety purposes and to facilitate internal checks, an identification wristband is issued to the guest and all members of their party and must be worn throughout the stay. A vehicle pass is also issued for each registered vehicle and must be displayed on the windscreen (passenger side).
  3. Visitors must be declared at Reception and authorised by Management, depending on the organisational needs of the campsite. Upon showing an ID, visitors receive a free one-hour permit. Longer stays or the use of campsite services require payment of the Daily Visitor Fee as per the price list. No visitor permits are issued before 08:00 or after 21:00. Visitors may not enter the campsite with motor vehicles. Guests must inform their visitors of the internal Regulations and are responsible for their behaviour inside the campsite.
  4. Guests found with unregistered persons will be expelled from the campsite and may be reported pursuant to the Public Safety Regulations and articles 614, 624, 633, and 637 of the Penal Code.
  5. Minimum stay: see price list.
  6. The stay is calculated based on the number of nights spent on the campsite, regardless of arrival time. Departures must take place by 12:00 (10:00 for groups) for pitches and by 10:00 (09:00 for groups) for accommodation units. Late departure will result in the charge of an additional day.
  7. Pitches are assigned by Management. Guests must arrange all equipment, including vehicles, neatly within the boundaries of their pitch, avoiding digging holes or trenches and avoiding placing ropes or tarpaulins. Only one electrical connection per pitch is allowed at the designated columns.
  8. Dogs are welcome, provided they are declared during booking and/or upon arrival. They must have a valid vaccination certificate and insurance. Owners must ensure hygiene, keep dogs on a lead at all times, and ensure they do not disturb other guests or enter other pitches. Dogs are not allowed in accommodation units (bungalows/maxi-caravans) and may only occupy the designated dog area pitches. Access to common facilities is prohibited by the Health Authorities. Dogs must be taken outside the campsite for their needs, always on a lead; owners must carry waste bags and collect droppings. Dogs may be washed only in the dedicated shower. Dog breeds classified as dangerous by the Ministry of Health are not accepted, regardless of size. Management accepts no liability for damage caused by pets.
  9. At any time, behaviour, activities, games, or equipment that may disturb other guests must be avoided. Silence must be observed between 23:00 and 07:00 and between 13:00 and 15:00. For organisational reasons, the vehicle gate remains open also between 13:00 and 15:00.
  10. Children must always be accompanied by an adult to the toilets, playgrounds, and swimming pool. Adults are responsible for the conduct of minors in their care.
  11. Swimming pools: use is free of charge. A specific pool regulation is posted at the entrance to the pool area. All guests are required to observe it and follow the instructions of staff and lifeguards. Management may alter opening hours in case of bad weather
  12. Vehicles (cars, motorhomes, motorcycles, bicycles, scooters) may be used only to enter and exit the campsite, at a maximum speed of 5 km/h and respecting internal signs. Vehicle circulation is prohibited between 23:00 and 07:00. Mopeds must be pushed. Charging of electric vehicles is allowed only at the designated charging station.
  13. Electric and gas barbecues are permitted. Open fires are prohibited. Charcoal grills may be used only in the designated barbecue area
  14. Management accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items, nor for damage to persons or property caused by storms, hail, falling trees, branches, pine cones, or any other natural event not attributable to negligence by campsite staff.
  15. The use of drones by guests is prohibited throughout the entire campsite.

Management reserves the right to expel anyone who, at its sole discretion, causes damage or disturbs the peaceful life of the community.

Management also reserves the right to modify or update these Regulations whenever deemed necessary
